Placing an order

I made a mistake in my order.

We’re dedicated to creating a unique and memorable shopping experience. We understand that mistakes happen, and your order is held for 4 hours after it’s placed so we can make any necessary changes in the product design, text, format, size or shipping address before it goes into production.

If you want to change something or cancel your order, please contact us at cs@danelastudio.com.com within 4 hours. After that time, the order will be in print and cannot be edited.

How to check what I have ordered?

Once we’ve received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you’re not receiving this message, please check your spam folder. If however you discover a spelling mistake or would like to modify your order, please email us at cs@danelastudio.com! Requests for editing must be made no later than 6 hours after placing your order. After that time, the order will be in print and cannot be edited.

Where can I find the tracking link for my order?

We dispatch all packages with track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in email once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Please also check your spam folder - it might have ended up there.

If you have not received the tracking link, please reach out to our Customer Service Team and they will provide it. 

Will customs duty be applied?

As we ship from USA, your order will not be applicable to customs duties if your delivery address is within the USA.

International: Customs duty may be applied to your order and is not included in the shipping cost.

Is there any difference in the mock up and print file?

The previews in the cart and preview tool are for illustrative purposes only. Depending on the screen’s settings, line color and thickness may vary.

Can I add a gift note?

We are aware that some of you would love to add a personal touch of thanks with a gift note. Unfortunately, it is not possible at this moment to add notes to your order, but stay tuned as we figure out the perfect solution!

What do I have for the digital download?

Shipping & Delivery

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for the first item and we ship worldwide. For additional quantity, you can see the shipping rate when you check out.

How much does it take for my order to arrive?

We will process your order after 6 hours and send it to production. Usually that will need 3 to 4 days to process and dispatch.

The shipping date will then be:

6-12 business days in the United States
6-12 business days for Europe
6-12 business days for Canada
12-19 business days for the rest of the world.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

My order does not arrive in the expected time frame.

Can I change the shipping address?

We’re happy to take care of address change requests within one business day of your purchase. After that, we can’t guarantee that your address can still be changed.

What if my order is shipped to a wrong address?

If the order was sent to the wrong place due to our error, we will send a free replacement product. If it’s due to your mistake, we will create a new one for you and ship it out. For that, we charge 50% of the item cost.

Payment & Privacy

What kind of payment method can I use?

You can pay with PayPal, debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

I get an error message when I try to pay?

The payment might have been declined by your bank for which there can be numerous reasons. You might have to reach out to your bank in order to solve the problem. Sometimes trying again later can also be a solution.

Alternatively, you can make the payment via PayPal or try with another payment card.

If the error you are experiencing is not payment related, please make sure to take a screen shot of the error message and get in touch with our Customer Service Team here. We will then take the necessary actions to solve the problem. 

Other Questions

Can I return my print?

Because everything is made to order, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or it’s lost, we’re happy to replace it at no additional cost. Incorrect information doesn’t qualify as a return, as we don’t change the information you enter when placing an order.

Will my poster comes with a frame?

Except digital download, frame is included per your selection.

My poster arrives in damage, what can I do?

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us cs@danelastudio.com within two weeks of receiving your order, so that we can find the best solution for you. Make sure to include the following:

– An image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging
– Order ID number

How do I frame an art print?

It is super easy to frame the prints yourself. You simply open the metal clasps on the back of the frame and remove the back panel. Now you can place the print in the frame and secure the metal clasps again. 

We suggest that you handle your print with clean hands and without any jewellery to avoid any marks or scratches on the print.
